Haduciški/Godutishki (Гадуцішкі/Годутишки) BČ - Adutiškis LG (- Didžiasalis)

[D] Line closed and lifted. Formerly carried through Lithuanian trains between Pabrade (see next item) and Didžiasalis, but these ceased in 2001.

Lyntupy/Lyntupy (Лынтупы/Лынтупы) BČ - Geledne LG (- Pabrade)

[D] Line closed and lifted. Formerly carried through Lithuanian trains between Pabrade and Didžiasalis (see previous item), but these ceased in 2001.

(Maladziečna -) Hudahaj/Gudogay (Гудагай/Гудогай) BČ - Kena LG (- Vilnius)

[E] BČ operates all cross border freight and loco hauled passenger trains to Kena. 25kv AC operation of freight traffic started on 6 September 2017, followed by passenger services on 10 December 2017.
The line is used by trains between Vilnius and Minsk, and long distance services between Kaliningrad and various cities in Russia. All services between Vilnius and Minsk are suspended as at December 2021 and Kaliningrad trains have no public stop within Lithuania.

(Lida -) Bieniakonī/Benyakone (Беняконі/Беняконе) BČ - Stasylos LG (- Vilnius)

[D] The Vilnius - Simferopoľ summer service ceased at the end of summer 2008. On 5 December 2011 a new border station was opened at the new (resited) Stasylos station, 1.3 km north of the former Šalčininkai halt and 5.5 km from the border, but all services to Stasylos were withdrawn on 1 January 2015. One train each way between Hrodna/Гродна and Vilnius at weekends only was reintroduced from 6 June 2015, with no advertised stop between Vilnius and the Belarus border, but withdrawn from 14 November.

Parečča/Porech'e (Парэчча/ Поречье) BČ - Senove LG (- Vilnius)

[D] Line closed and cut at the border. LG works local passenger services as far as Marcinkonys. The line is out of use south of here. It formerly carried through Lithuanian trains between Vilnius and Druskininkai, but these ceased in 2001. BČ operates trains to Užberež, at km 99, just before the border.

Parečča/Porech'e (Парэчча/ Поречье) BČ - Druskininkai LG

[D] Line closed and lifted at Druskininkai. Formerly carried through Lithuanian trains between Vilnius and Druskininkai, but these ceased in 2001. BČ operates rare local trains to platform Nastaŭnik/Uchitel' just before the border.
