(Aleppo -) Meydan Ikbis CFS - [Tahtaköprü border] - Islahiye TCDD (- Fevzipasa)

[D] A CFS diesel unit works through from Aleppo to Gaziantep on Friday mornings, returning in the evening. A weekly train to Tatvan (for Tehran) leaves Damascus on Sundays, the return working leaving Islahiye on Tuesday/Wednesday night.

(Aleppo -) Ar Ra`i CFS - Çöbanbey TCDD (- Karkamış)

[D] Freight only. This line was formally reopened on 22 December 2009, having been out of use for an unknown period.

Al-Qamishli CFS - Nusaybin TCDD

[D] Freight only. This line once carried a through service between Istanbul and Mosul/Baghdad but is thought to be still in use for freight.
