(Aleppo -) Meydan Ikbis CFS - [Tahtaköprü border] - Islahiye TCDD (- Fevzipasa)
[D] A CFS diesel unit works through from Aleppo to Gaziantep on Friday mornings, returning in the evening. A weekly train to Tatvan (for Tehran) leaves Damascus on Sundays, the return working leaving Islahiye on Tuesday/Wednesday night.
(Aleppo -) Ar Ra`i CFS - Çöbanbey TCDD (- Karkamış)
[D] Freight only. This line was formally reopened on 22 December 2009, having been out of use for an unknown period.
Al-Qamishli CFS - Nusaybin TCDD
[D] Freight only. This line once carried a through service between Istanbul and Mosul/Baghdad. A new weekly train was introduced in February 2010 between Gaziantep and Mosul, only to have been discontinued permanently by April 2010! The line is thought to be still in use for freight.
