This is an alternative route to the main line between Sofia and Pernik, running via Voluyak and Razmenna. Prior to an unknown date after December 2013 it ran directly into Pernik station via a now closed north <=> west curve. It now runs via the reinstated north <=> east curve to Pernik-Razpredelitelna, where trains reverse to reach Pernik.
