Other Sparse services
All routes are sparse by European standards. Train services advertised for 2016/2017 are:

| Prishtinë/Priština - Fushë-Kosovë/Kosovo Polje - Hani i Elezit/Đeneral Janković - Skopje | 1 train daily each way. Note that although the timetable shows this as a through train, a change between the HK and MŽ trains is in practice required at Hani i Elezit/Đeneral Janković. | |
| Fushë-Kosovë/Kosovo Polje - Hani i Elezit/Đeneral Janković | A further two trains daily each way, operated by HK. Withdrawn 3 August 2017 until further notice. | |
