Used by all services between Vilnius and Kaliningrad-Passazerskiy. It is thought that the Russian trains in transit to and from Kaliningrad were still running as at April 2022, but they do not make any public stops in Lithuania.

Radviliškis station lies between two marshalling yards, one to the NW and another, larger yard to the SE. Trains from Šiauliai run on the south side of both yards whereas those from the Vilnius direction run on the north side of the yards. The maximum separation of these running lines in the larger yard is over 300 m.

Ukrainian Railways operated a seasonal train between Kiev/Kyiv and Riga by this route. However, the train was suspended with effect from 15 March 2020, as Latvia cancelled all international travel.

Radviliškis station lies between two marshalling yards, one to the NW and another, larger yard to the SE.
