This list is based on the timetable current as at December 2015. Standard abbreviations are explained in General Information.

Obscure services

Kaunas avoiding line: Palemonas (Pamaris) – Garliava (Jiesia)

(ERA1 115B3) LT16/1

Used by all services between Vilnius and Kaliningrad-Pass.

Radviliškis

(ERA1 115A3) LT16/2

Radviliškis station lies between two marshalling yards, one to the NW and another, larger yard to the SE. Trains from Šiauliai run on the south side of both yards whereas those from the Vilnius direction run on the north side of the yards. The maximum separation of these running lines in the larger yard is over 300 m.

Other sparse services

The following lines have fewer than three trains each way on at least three days a week, or do not run each weekday.

(Vilnius –) Paneriai – Valčiūnai Runs on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only
(Kaunas –) Palemonas – Jonava (– Šiauliai) Runs on Fridays and Sundays only
Marijampolė – Trakiszki (Poland) (– Suwałki) Runs Fridays –> Mondays only
