Other Sparse Services
The following lines have few trains (relative to service levels generally in this country) - fewer than three trains each way on at least three days a week - or do not run each weekday:

| - | Veles - Kočani | The timetable shows one return service, although it is reported that this service has been suspended since May 2021 due to lack of serviceable stock |
| - | Skopje - Đorče Petrov - Kičevo | The timetable shows one return service, although it is reported that this service has been suspended since May 2021 due to lack of serviceable stock |
| - | Skopje - Đorče Petrov - Volkovo - Hani i Elezit/Đeneral Janković (Kosovo) | The timetable shows one return service, although it is reported that this service has been suspended since March 2020. Initially this was due to Covid travel restrictions, but the line onwards to Prishtinë is currently closed as part of the Route 10 Rehabilitation Project which temporarily removes any purpose for this connection.
