All rail routes between this pair of countries are 1520mm gauge.

Adutiškis BČ - Gudeliai LG (- Didžiasalis)

[D] Line closed and lifted. Formerly carried through Lithuanian trains between Pabrade (see next item) and Didžiasalis, but these ceased in 2001.

Lyntupy BČ - Geledne LG (- Pabrade)

[D] Line closed and lifted. Formerly carried through Lithuanian trains between Pabrade and Didžiasalis (see previous item), but these ceased in 2001.

(Maladzečna -) Hudagaj BČ - Kena LG (- Vilnius)

[D] Trains between Vilnius and Minsk, and long distance services between Kaliningrad and various cities in Russia.

(Lida -) Benjakonī BČ - Stasylos LG (- Vilnius)

[D] The summer train pair Vilnius - Simferopoľ ceased at the end of summer 2008. No passenger traffic in 2009.

Parėččė BČ - Senove LG (- Vilnius)

[D] Line closed and cut at the border. LG works local passenger services as far as Marcinkonys. The line is out of use south of here. Formerly carried through Lithuanian trains between Vilnius and Druskininkai, but these ceased in 2001. It is reported that BČ operates trains to a platform just before the border at "Užberež" ("km99").

Parėččė BČ - Černuha LG (- Druskininkai)

[D] Line closed and lifted at Druskininkai. Formerly carried through Lithuanian trains between Vilnius and Druskininkai, but these ceased in 2001. Until 2008 BČ operated trains at weekends to a platform just before the border at "km7".
