[1] RU13/1

The standard gauge cross border line from Poland takes a totally different route from the Broad Gauge RŽD Mamonovo line between a junction to the north of Golubevo and Kaliningrad. The standard gauge line runs into the east end of Kaliningrad station, whereas the broad gauge route runs into the west end. The daily standard gauge service between Gdansk and Kaliningrad has been discontinued although occasional charters still run.

Other sparse services

The following lines have few trains (relative to service levels generally in this country) - fewer than three trains each way on at least three days a week - or do not run each weekday.

8 Černjachovsk – Železnodorožnyj
14 Kaliningrad-Severnyj – Sovetsk
18 Černjachovsk – Sovetsk

Deletions since last edition

RU08/2 Kaliningrad Severnyj: no additional trains are scheduled to use the terminal platforms in 2013.
RU07/4 Zapadnyj-Novyj – Kaliningrad-Severnyj: no service since 2006. Train 6402, which previously used this route, is now routed directly into Kaliningrad main station.
