Introduction

This list is based on 2013 timetable information. Standard abbreviations used are explained in General Information. For details of recent history, please refer to Kaliningrad Oblast General Information.

Obscure services

[Braniewo PKP] – Mamonovo - Kaliningrad

[1] (33A3, not completely shown; 115C1) RU13/1

The standard gauge cross border line from Poland takes a totally different route from the Broad Gauge RŽD Mamonovo line between a junction to the north of Golubevo and Kaliningrad. The standard gauge line runs into the east end of Kaliningrad station, whereas the broad gauge route runs into the west end. The daily standard gauge service between Gdansk and Kaliningrad has been discontinued although occasional charters still run.

Zapadnyy Novyy – Kaliningrad Severniy (Kaliningrad avoiding line)

[1] (33A3, not shown; 115B1-115C1) RU13/2

This curve allows trains from the Baltijsk line to avoid Kaliningrad Passazersky and proceed directly to Kaliningrad Severniy

Other sparse services

The following lines have few trains (relative to service levels generally in this country) - fewer than three trains each way on at least three days a week - or do not run each weekday.

8 Černjachovsk – Železnodorožnyj
14 Kaliningrad-Severnyj – Sovetsk
18 Černjachovsk – Sovetsk
