Radviliškis station lies between two marshalling yards, one to the NW and another, larger yard to the SE. Trains from Šiauliai run on the south side of both yards whereas those from the Vilnius direction run on the north side of the yards. The maximum separation of these running lines in the larger yard is over 300 m.

Marijampolė – Trakiszki (Poland) (– Suwałki) Fridays: one train northbound; Saturdays and Sundays: two trains each way; Mondays: one train southbound. This train is currently suspended as at December 2020.
(Vilnius -) Turmantas - Daugavpils (Latvia) Weekends only but suspended as at December 2020.
Varėna – Marcinkonys One daily train and one Mondays - Fridays
