LG closed this border crossing entirely from 16 February 2023 due to alleged smuggling of goods to the Russian enclave of Kaliningrad, with Lithuanian customs officials advising that this decision was linked to the lack of x-ray systems at the border. [E] BČ operates all cross border freight and loco hauled passenger trains to Kena. 25kv AC operation of freight traffic started on 6 September 2017, followed by passenger services on 10 December 2017.
The line was used by trains between Vilnius and Minsk, and long distance services between Kaliningrad and various cities in Russia. All services between Vilnius and Minsk have been suspended since at least December 2021. The Kaliningrad trains are thought to be still running as at autumn 2022 but have no public stop within Lithuania.

(Lida -) Bieniakonī/Benyakone (Беняконі/Беняконе) BČ - Stasylos LG (- Vilnius)

[D] Freight only since the withdrawal on 14 November 2015 of the service between Hrodna/Гродна and Vilnius. This had been reintroduced on 6 June 2015 and consisted of one train each way at weekends, with no advertised stop between Vilnius and the Belarus border. The LG internal passenger service had been extended on 5 December 2011 to a new (re-sited) Stasylos station, 1.3 km north of the former Šalčininkai halt and 5.5 km from the border. However, this service was withdrawn on 1 January 2015. A through Vilnius - Simferopoľ summer service had ceased at the end of the summer 2008 timetable.

LG closed this border crossing entirely from 16 February 2023 due to alleged smuggling of goods to the Russian enclave of Kaliningrad, with Lithuanian customs officials advising that this decision was linked to the lack of x-ray systems at the border. No timescale, was given but the Lithuanian Minister of Internal Affairs was quoted as saying that it would re-open once two scanners are installed.

Parečča/Porech'e (Парэчча/ Поречье) BČ - Senove LG (- Vilnius)

[D] Line closed and cut at the border. LG works local passenger services as far as Marcinkonys. The line is out of use south of here. It formerly carried through Lithuanian trains between Vilnius and Druskininkai, but these ceased in 2001. BČ operates trains to Užberež, at km 99, just before the border.

Parečča/Porech'e (Парэчча/ Поречье) BČ - Druskininkai LG

[D] Line closed and lifted at Druskininkai. Formerly carried through Lithuanian trains between Vilnius and Druskininkai, but these ceased in 2001. BČ operates rare local trains to platform Nastaŭnik/Uchitel' just before the border.
