Note: ČD and ŽSR were, until the split of Czechoslovakia, one railway and they still work to largely common operational and technical standards.

(Český Těšín -) Mosty u Jablunkova ČD - Čadca ŽSR

[E] this route is worked by a mixture of ČD and ŽSSK trains.

Horní Lideč ČD - Strelenka ŽSR (- Púchov)

[E] ŽSSK works to Horní Lideč.

(Bylnice -) Vlárský průsmyk ČD - Horné Srnie ŽSR (- Nemšova - Trenčin)

[D] ŽSSK works the limited passenger service from Trenčianska Teplá to Vlárský průsmyk, in 2024 and in 2025 one pair FSuO. In 2018-19 there was one daily train pair, one FO train pair, one SO and SuO train pair (dated), but there were no trains in the 2019-2020 timetable pdf. It ran in 2021/22 but not in 2021/22, and when it resumed after Covid is not known.

(Veselí nad Moravou -) Velká nad Veličkou ČD - Vrbovce ŽSR (- Nové Mesto nad Váhom)

[D] In 2024 ČD works through to Myjava in Slovakia, previously and until an unknown date ČD ran only to Vrbovce.

Sudoměřice nad Moravou ČD - Skalica na Slovensku ŽSR

[D] Passenger service ceased in 2007. Believed to remain open as an enthusiast special used this line in August 2023.

Hodonín ČD - Holíč nad Moravou ŽSR

[E] This line closed to passengers at the December 2004 timetable change. Freight continues as the route is an electrified alternative route avoiding Břeclav plus occasionally by diverted EC trains to/from Bratislava, see the relevant Czech or Slovak Obscure Services entry for infrequent scheduled use in 2024. Details are normally shown in the ČD or ŽSSK engineering work listings.

(Břeclav -) Lanžhot ČD - Brodské ŽSR (- Kúty)

[E] This route is worked by a mixture of ČD and ŽSSK trains.
